HVAC & Cooling Systems: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on DX units, Split ACs, VRF systems, Chillers, and DAHUs.

Fire & Safety: Maintain fire hydrant and sprinkler systems; ensure strict compliance with regional fire safety regulations and infrastructure protection protocols.

Diagnostics: Conduct non-destructive testing, including thermography, eddy current, and ultrasonic testing to identify potential infrastructure failures before they occur.

Generator & Plant Maintenance: Execute A, B, C, and D-check routines for generator systems to guarantee power continuity.

Operational Control: Manage vendor coordination for spare parts, document equipment observations, and support emergency troubleshooting efforts.
