Payment Operations: Execute timely posting of daily receipts (ACH, wires, checks) and manage credit/debit memos to maintain accurate AR balances.

Reconciliation & Research: Investigate unidentified or misapplied funds, resolving discrepancies by collaborating with collections teams and business partners.

Analytical Reporting: Prepare and distribute critical daily/monthly reports, ensuring data-driven insights are communicated effectively to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead automation opportunities to streamline AR processes; execute testing and process improvement initiatives.

Customer Engagement: Drive customer behavior changes via professional communication (call/email) to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payment remittance details.
