Professional Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of IT equipment across fulfillment sites.

Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues across a multitude of end-user devices, including PCs, wireless handhelds, thin clients, scanners, and thermal printers.

RMA & Repairs: Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair processes for hardware under warranty.

Operational Support: Partner with Senior Engineers on daily IT projects, ensuring all systems align with safety and operational standards.

Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal operations teams, delivering proactive support in a fast-paced setting.
