This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global supply chain, where you will facilitate the flow of information between carriers, hubs, and fulfillment centers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
You will manage both Inbound and Outbound operations, utilizing advanced data analytics to resolve real-time freight issues and drive process improvements across the Amazon logistics network.
Professional Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of freight—from vendor pick-up (Inbound) to final customer delivery (Outbound).

Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with external carriers/vendors and internal teams, including Retail, Finance, and Fulfillment Centers.

Data Analytics: Utilize SQL and advanced Excel (VLookUps, Pivot Tables) to analyze performance trends, generate ad-hoc reports, and assist in driving business results.

Problem Resolution: Research internal tools to provide real-time solutions to complex logistics disruptions, ensuring business continuity.

Strategic Improvement: Ideate and drive process improvement initiatives, scoping functional requirements for software enhancements within TOC.
