In this role, you will be the critical link between carriers, vendors, and Amazon fulfillment sites. Whether solving real-time logistics exceptions or driving network-wide process automation, you will play a direct role in ensuring Amazon’s ability to serve customers on time.
Professional Responsibilities

Freight Lifecycle Management: Own Inbound (vendor to FC) and Outbound (FC to carrier hub) operations, ensuring timely pick-ups and appointments.

Tactical Problem Solving: Resolve real-time disruptions such as transit delays, weather impacts, or equipment shortages through data-driven research.

Operational Execution: Coordinate load scheduling, capacity management, and equipment maintenance, ensuring 24/7 supply chain continuity.
